Sony has announced its upcoming State of Play livestream event, slated for this Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The broadcast will feature over 40 minutes dedicated to the latest PS5 game announcements, developments, and updates, starting at 10 PM GMT / 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET.

In a blog post on the PlayStation site, Sony highlighted that viewers can look forward to “exciting news and updates on fantastic games coming to PS5. As for anticipated announcements during the showcase, the recently leaked trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater—confirming its release date of August 28, 2025—seems highly likely to be featured. Additionally, Hell Is Us is another contender following its recent pre-order listing on the Xbox Store. For first-party titles, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and Ghost of Yotei are among the most anticipated possibilities.
