A flight crew member was apprehended at Logan International Airport in Boston on Thursday evening due to an outstanding warrant from another state, just prior to a scheduled flight to Paris, according to officials.

The individual, identified as 33-year-old Jeremy Gudorf from Ohio, was taken into custody by Massachusetts State Police.

At approximately 8:40 p.m. Thursday, state police responded to a call for assistance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as stated by a police spokesperson.

During a routine check of the passenger manifest for the Boston-to-Paris flight, CBP discovered an active warrant from North Carolina related to a flight crew member, leading to the detention.

Troopers then took Gudorf into their care and transported him to the barracks for processing.

Details regarding the specific charges against him and the airline he was employed with have not been made public by the Massachusetts State Police.

Gudorf is set to appear in East Boston District Court on Friday. It is currently unknown whether he has legal representation.
