Ward expressed his eagerness to engage with NFL teams during the Combine, emphasizing the competitive spirit he brings to the table.

“You will either choose to draft me or you won’t,” Ward stated, as reported by the Associated Press. “If you opt not to select me, that’s on you. Remember, you’re the team that will face me for the duration of my career, and I won’t forget that.”
