To participate in Evo 2025, simply purchase your tickets at start.gg/evo. You will be able to collect your ticket on-site starting the day before the event, which comes with a lanyard, badge, and a complimentary water bottle.

“Is there anything else I need to bring?”
No, you’re all set! Your Evo badge provides access to the main show floor, tournament areas, and the exciting new Arena Finals Experience. If you plan to compete or wish to use the free play consoles, don’t forget to bring your own controller!

Your badge also allows entry to the Cosplay Contest, Bring Your Own Console areas, Community Showcase, and other engaging activities on-site. All badges include reentry privileges, allowing you to leave and re-enter the show floor or Arena Finals Experience throughout the day.

Please wear your badge around your neck and keep it visible at all times within the Convention Center. Remember, badges are valid for individual use only.

“What’s the policy on refunds, exchanges, and cancellations?”
Please note that all ticket sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued. If Evo 2025 is canceled, you will receive a refund for your ticket. Tickets must be purchased exclusively through start.gg/evo as no unauthorized resales are allowed. Any individual found reselling tickets or credentials will have their access permanently revoked.

“What should I do if I lose my badge?”
You are responsible for safeguarding your badge. Unfortunately, lost or stolen badges cannot be replaced or refunded.

“Do my friends and family need tickets too?”
Yes, every attendee must possess their own badge to gain entry to Evo 2025.

“Can children attend Evo 2025?”
Children under six years old can enter for free when accompanied by a badged parent or legal guardian. However, any child aged six or older will need their own badge to access the convention floor.
