Travis Kelce, the star tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, is currently taking time to decide whether he will continue his playing career in 2025. In light of this, one of his teammates has offered him some encouraging words as he contemplates this important choice.

Defensive end Charles Omenihu recently appeared as a guest on The Facility, where he shared his thoughts on what he would communicate to Kelce regarding his future. Omenihu expressed his belief that “we, as an organization, can’t go out like that,” suggesting he thinks Kelce will likely share a similar perspective.

“I believe Trav still has a lot to offer; he’s an intense competitor who truly loves the game,” said Omenihu. “Considering the remarkable career he’s had, I don’t think he would choose to exit on that note. I’m confident he’ll return for another season and give it another shot.”

should Kelce decide to play again, he will remain with the Chiefs, but Omenihu’s own future is uncertain as he is currently without a contract. Nonetheless, he has expressed a desire to continue playing in Kansas City alongside Kelce.
