The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) has published its third annual report card, evaluating the performance of all 32 NFL teams. This year’s survey included more in-depth analysis with additional inquiries and was carried out by the independent Artemis Strategy Group.
A remarkable 1,695 players participated in the assessment, representing 77% of the NFLPA’s membership.
For the third consecutive year, the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings topped the rankings. Miami secured the top position overall for the second year in a row, while Minnesota, which ranked first in 2023, followed closely behind.
“We observed significant enhancements across all 32 teams,” stated JC Tretter, NFLPA’s chief strategy officer.
The Atlanta Falcons made a notable leap from 25th place last year to the third spot, thanks to the establishment of a new training facility. They were followed by the Las Vegas Raiders in fourth, and the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans, and San Francisco 49ers rounded out the top six.
The Chargers, who also recently opened a new training facility, made a significant move up from 30th position in 2024.
Under the ownership of Josh Harris, the Washington Commanders climbed dramatically from 32nd to 11th place, receiving commendable feedback from their players. Coach Dan Quinn of the Falcons earned the distinction of being the top-rated head coach, surpassing the Falcons’ Raheem Morris.
The lowest-rated teams in this year’s report included the Arizona Cardinals in 32nd place, the New England Patriots in 31st, the Cleveland Browns at 30th, the New York Jets at 29th, and the Pittsburgh Steelers at 28th.
